Your full card details are handled directly by our payment providers: Ryvao does not store them.

  • to handle returns, refunds and customer care requests (performance of a contract);
  • to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR);
  • to prevent fraud and keep the website secure (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR);
  • to improve our website and customer care (legitimate interests);
  • to send you offers and newsletters, with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR);
  • to analyse website traffic and show you personalised advertising, with your consent where the law requires it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. Shopify

We only share your data when necessary or required by law, in particular with: Shopify and its service providers; payment providers and banks; couriers and logistics partners; our IT, hosting and security providers; our analytics and advertising partners, with your consent; our accountant, public authorities and anyone else authorised by law.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. When this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised by law, such as adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.

Our shop is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
