Preparing your order

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the courier and your address. You can follow your parcel at every step with your tracking number.

Unless we've agreed a different date with you, we'll deliver your order within 30 days. If we don't deliver within the agreed time, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable extra period and, if we still don't, you can cancel your order.

Delivery to the UK is free.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. If you'd like your order sent somewhere else, please get in touch before ordering.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel has been lost, arrives damaged or hasn't reached you within a reasonable time, email us at contact@ryvao.com with your order number. We'll deal with the courier for you.
