Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason and without any penalty.
Satisfaction guarantee
On top of this legal right, Ryvao gives you extra time to try our products:
- Cushion: 60 nights from delivery;
- Hideaway: 45 days from delivery.
If you're not happy with the product within this time, you can send it back. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the price of the product.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@ryvao.com with your order number and, if you like, the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of your request.

Return postage
You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it's faulty, not as described or not what you ordered. In that case, Ryvao covers the full cost of the return.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner. We refund using the same payment method you used to pay. After that, the time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Our satisfaction guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing on this page affects those rights.
